Who can take part
- You are a Hong Kong citizen.
- You are 25 years old or younger (parental consent needed if under 18).
- You can speak Cantonese and read and write Chinese.
- You have smoked conventional cigarettes in the past year.
- For Phase 1: You have not smoked for 7 to 30 days and quit without using any stop-smoking services.
- For Phase 3: You have used a stop-smoking service for at least 4 weeks and then quit for 7 days without any help.
