Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older and live in Hong Kong.
  • You smoke cigarettes or other tobacco products every day.
  • You can speak Cantonese or Mandarin and read Chinese.
  • You can use WhatsApp or a similar messaging app.
  • You are not currently in another smoking cessation program.
  • You have not had a heart attack or severe chest pain in the past month, and are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
