  • Be 18 years or older (or the adult age in your state)
  • Be able to do exercise without direct supervision, unless your doctor says it is not safe
  • Not have severe pain (above 6 out of 10) or unusual movement patterns
  • Not have had surgery in the last 3 months
  • Not have active cancer or be receiving cancer treatment without a doctor's clearance
  • Not be pregnant without a doctor's clearance
