- You are between 18 and 64 years old
- You have not been doing regular exercise (like brisk walking for 30 minutes, 3 times a week) in the last 3 months
- You have at least one of these: obesity, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, or diabetes (or prediabetes)
- You do not have heart or kidney disease, or other health problems that make exercise difficult
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding
- You do not smoke, or you quit smoking at least 6 months ago
- You drink fewer than 2 alcoholic drinks per day
- You can use a computer or smartphone with internet
- You speak English fluently
- You are willing to keep your current medications and diet and not join other exercise or nutrition programs
