Who can take part
- You must be between 18 and 75 years old.
- You must have had eczema for at least 1 year, and it must be moderate to severe now.
- Your eczema must have not gotten better with prescription creams or you needed stronger pills or shots in the past 6 months.
- You need to be willing to use a plain moisturizer at least twice a day.
- You must agree to use effective birth control or not plan pregnancy for 3 months after the last dose.
