  • Your child has chronic pain that lasts for months or longer.
  • Your child does not have pain from light touch on the forearm.
  • Your child has not used opioid pain medicine in the past week.
  • Exercise is safe for your child according to a doctor or a health questionnaire.
  • Your child can safely walk on a treadmill.
