  • 18 years or older
  • Not very active (sedentary lifestyle)
  • Can read and speak English
  • Not pregnant
  • Have chronic muscle or bone pain for at least 3 months that is at least moderate (40 out of 100 on a pain scale)
  • Pain is not caused by a recent fracture, cancer, infection, blood vessel problem, or need for surgery
