  • You are 18 years old or older.
  • You are able to understand the study and agree to take part.
  • You have not had suicidal thoughts with a plan in the past 6 months.
  • Your depression score on a questionnaire is 19 or below.
  • You do not have schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, alcohol or substance use disorder, eating disorder, or PTSD.
