Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 65 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with an emotional disorder such as depression, anxiety, OCD, PTSD, or an eating disorder.
  • Your symptoms are at least moderate, with a PHQ-9 score of 10 or more for depression or a GAD-7 score of 8 or more for anxiety.
  • You do not have a current diagnosis of psychosis, bipolar disorder, or a severe medical condition needing recent hospital care.
  • You can access the internet and have not already completed an 8-week mindfulness course.
