  • Have a body mass index (BMI) of 30 or higher, or a BMI between 27 and 30 with at least one additional health condition such as high blood pressure, diabetes, or a large waistline
  • Be able to read and understand Swedish
  • Not be taking or planning to take appetite-suppressing medication
  • Not be pregnant
