Who can take part

  • You must have advanced bladder cancer that cannot be removed by surgery or has spread to other parts of the body.
  • Your tumor must be measurable on scans (like CT or MRI).
  • You must be healthy enough to receive chemotherapy with cisplatin or carboplatin.
  • You must have a tumor tissue sample available from a previous biopsy or surgery.
  • You should be able to perform daily activities with little to no help (ECOG score 0, 1, or 2).
  • Your blood counts and organ function (kidney, liver) must be within acceptable limits.
