Who can take part

  • You must be between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You have advanced bladder, ureter, or kidney pelvis cancer that cannot be surgically removed or has spread.
  • Your cancer has gotten worse after, or you cannot tolerate, standard treatments like platinum chemotherapy or immunotherapy.
  • You need to have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans.
  • Tumor tissue must show Nectin-4 or HER2 proteins (or both) on its surface.
  • You must be well enough to perform daily activities (ECOG score 0 or 1) and have adequate organ function.
