Who can take part
- You must have an advanced solid tumor that makes the CA19-9 marker, like certain pancreatic, bile duct, bladder, colorectal, stomach, endometrial, or ovarian cancers.
- You have already tried all available standard treatments, and your doctor thinks no other standard therapy is likely to help.
- You are well enough to be up and about (ECOG performance status 0 or 1) and expected to live at least 3 months.
- You have measurable disease that can be tracked by scans or exams.
- You do not have untreated brain metastases, active infections, or serious lung or stomach conditions.
- You have not received certain other cancer treatments, high-dose steroids, or live vaccines within the required washout periods.
