Who can take part
- You are 18 to 75 years old.
- You have liver cancer that has spread to the main liver vein (called portal vein tumor thrombus) but not the most severe type.
- Your first treatment for advanced liver cancer stopped working or got worse.
- You are scheduled to receive TACE or HAIC (treatments that block or deliver drugs to the tumor's blood supply).
- Your liver function is good enough (Child-Pugh class A or B) and you are generally active (ECOG score 0-2).
- You do not have severe bleeding risks, uncontrolled infections, or certain heart or blood vessel problems.
