Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with early or locally advanced breast cancer that is HER2-positive (a protein that helps cancer grow).
  • Your tumor is larger than 2 cm or has spread to nearby lymph nodes.
  • You are between 18 and 70 years old.
  • You are generally well enough to carry out daily activities (ECOG score 0-1) and have a life expectancy over 6 months.
  • You have not had any chemotherapy, hormone therapy, or anti-HER2 treatment for breast cancer in the last 3 years.
  • You do not have active autoimmune disease, uncontrolled heart conditions, or an active infection.
