Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 70 years old
- You have been diagnosed with breast cancer that is HER2-positive (a type that grows in response to a protein called HER2)
- Your tumor is larger than 2 cm or has spread to nearby lymph nodes
- You have not had breast cancer surgery or other cancer treatments (like chemotherapy or hormone therapy) in the past 3 years
- You have no serious heart conditions, and your heart function is normal (checked by an LVEF test)
- You are willing to provide a tumor sample for research and to have surgery after the treatment if needed
