Who can take part
- You are an international student currently enrolled at The New School.
- You are 18 years old or older.
- You are able to read and understand English well enough to use the program materials.
- You have at least mild distress (a score of 3 or more on a short screening questionnaire).
- You are not actively experiencing severe mental health issues like psychosis or frequent thoughts of self-harm.
