Who can take part

  • You are an international student currently enrolled at The New School.
  • You are 18 years old or older.
  • You are able to read and understand English well enough to use the program materials.
  • You have at least mild distress (a score of 3 or more on a short screening questionnaire).
  • You are not actively experiencing severe mental health issues like psychosis or frequent thoughts of self-harm.
