  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • You must have advanced adrenal cancer or metastatic prostate cancer that has not responded to prior treatments.
  • You must be in generally good health (able to do light activities or be up and about).
  • Your liver, kidneys, and bone marrow must work well enough based on blood tests.
  • You cannot have certain untreated brain tumors or other serious medical conditions.
