Who can take part

  • You need to have a Class II bite (upper molars too far forward) on both sides of your mouth.
  • Your second molars (the teeth behind your 12-year molars) must be fully grown in.
  • Your lower teeth should have little to no crowding, so your back teeth can meet properly after treatment.
  • You must have good oral health with no cavities or gum disease.
  • You cannot have had braces or other orthodontic treatment before.
  • You cannot have a cleft lip or palate, or any craniofacial syndrome.
