Who can take part
- You must be between 18 and 75 years old.
- You need to have a specific type of cancer: non-small cell lung cancer (with no EGFR/ALK mutations) that is PD-L1 positive, triple-negative breast cancer, or HER2-negative stomach/esophageal cancer.
- Your cancer must have grown or spread despite previous treatment with a PD-1/PD-L1 checkpoint inhibitor (like Keytruda or Opdivo), given at least twice.
- You must be able to do daily activities (ECOG 0-1) and have adequate organ function, as judged by study doctors.
- You must not have had antibiotics in the last 2 weeks, and no active infections or severe autoimmune disease.
- If you are a woman able to have children, you must have a negative pregnancy test and agree to use contraception.
