Who can take part
- You have advanced stomach, GE-junction, or lower esophageal cancer that cannot be removed by surgery.
- Your tumor has a high PD-L1 level (called CPS 5 or above).
- You have not had chemotherapy or immunotherapy for advanced disease before.
- You are in good enough health to be up and about (ECOG 0 or 1).
- Your blood counts and organ functions (kidney, liver, heart) are within safe limits.
- You must be able to swallow pills and have no major digestive blockages or absorption problems.
