Who can take part
- You must have one of these cancers: endometrial, colorectal, head & neck, non-small cell lung, or sarcoma.
- Your cancer must have a specific change in the HER2 gene (either making too much HER2 or having a mutation).
- Your cancer must have grown after at least one prior treatment, and no other standard options are available.
- You must be 18 or older.
- You must be able to perform daily activities with some help if needed (ECOG score 0-2).
