Who can take part

  • You must be 18 years old or older.
  • Your cancer must be HER2-positive (a specific protein on the cancer cells).
  • For part 1: your cancer is advanced or has spread, and it got worse after previous treatment. For part 2: your cancer is early-stage but has a high risk of coming back after standard treatment.
  • You need to be in fairly good health (able to do most daily activities, life expectancy of at least 3 months, and good organ function).
  • You cannot have active cancer in the brain or spinal cord, serious liver problems, or a history of certain heart conditions.
  • You cannot be pregnant, nursing, or have had another cancer in the last 5 years (except for certain types).
