Who can take part

  • Be 18 years or older and be willing to sign consent before any study tests
  • Be able to do study visits and procedures and follow the treatment and lab schedule
  • Have an overall activity level that’s fairly good (ECOG 0 to 2)
  • Have blood tests showing enough white blood cells, platelets, and hemoglobin within 30 days of starting treatment
  • Have enough kidney and liver function based on recent lab results, and have an expected lifespan over 12 weeks
  • If you can become pregnant, have a negative pregnancy test; also agree to use effective birth control during treatment
