Who can take part

  • You have HER2-positive invasive breast cancer in stage I to III, confirmed by biopsy
  • Your main breast tumor is at least 1 cm based on exam or scans
  • Your cancer team plans to treat you with the standard HER2-chemo plan (paclitaxel + trastuzumab + pertuzumab) before local therapy
  • Your body function tests are in a healthy range (blood counts/organ function) and your heart scan is within normal limits
  • You can do the study procedures to collect immune cells for the vaccine (apheresis)
  • If you could become pregnant, you must use reliable birth control during the study and avoid pregnancy
