Who can take part
- You have HER2-positive invasive breast cancer in stage I to III, confirmed by biopsy
- Your main breast tumor is at least 1 cm based on exam or scans
- Your cancer team plans to treat you with the standard HER2-chemo plan (paclitaxel + trastuzumab + pertuzumab) before local therapy
- Your body function tests are in a healthy range (blood counts/organ function) and your heart scan is within normal limits
