Who can take part
- You are between 40 and 75 years old
- You have been diagnosed with idiopathic Parkinson's disease (the most common type with no known cause)
- Your Parkinson's is at a stage where you can still walk and do daily activities (Hoehn & Yahr stage 4 or less)
- You are able to follow instructions (score at least 22 on a thinking test if you have formal education, or 18 if you don't)
- You do not have any other major nerve or whole-body disease, and your hand joints are not stiff or frozen
- You do not have any severe uncontrolled movements (dyskinesia), carpal tunnel, or arthritis in your hands
