Who can take part

  • You are between 40 and 75 years old
  • You have been diagnosed with Parkinson's disease by a neurologist
  • Your Parkinson's symptoms are mild to moderate (still able to walk and move)
  • You have good mental function (score on a thinking test is 18 or higher, depending on your education)
  • You do not have other serious brain or body conditions (like a stroke, arthritis, or hand injuries)
  • You are not taking strong psychiatric medications or antidepressants
