Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have a newly diagnosed grade 4 brain tumor that has spread to the brain's ventricles or lining, and cancer cells were found in your spinal fluid before starting radiation.
- You had a procedure where the surgeon opened a fluid-filled space inside your brain during surgery.
- Your overall health allows you to care for yourself (ECOG score 0-2) and you are expected to live at least 3 months.
- Your blood counts and liver and kidney function are within safe limits.
- You agree to use effective birth control from the start of treatment until 3 months after the last dose.
