Who can take part

  • You are a generally healthy adult 18 or older.
  • You have at least two teeth with receding gums that bother you (like sensitivity or looks).
  • The gum recession extends at least 2 millimeters deep on at least one tooth.
  • You smoke 10 or fewer cigarettes each day (or you don't smoke).
  • Your gums are otherwise healthy, and you brush/floss well (low plaque and bleeding scores).
