Who can take part
- You have at least two gum recessions on both sides of your mouth that are 1 millimeter or deeper.
- Your gums and teeth are healthy with very little plaque or bleeding.
- You can see the line where your tooth meets your gum.
- You are 18 or older.
- You must not smoke.
- You cannot be pregnant or breastfeeding.
- You do not have any health issues that slow healing, like uncontrolled diabetes, cancer, or HIV.
- You are not taking certain medications like steroids or drugs for bone loss.
