  • You are between 35 and 45 years old.
  • Your BMI is between 30 and 34.9 (which is in the obese range).
  • You have been told you have a fatty liver based on an ultrasound.
  • Your liver enzymes are higher than normal.
  • You do not have any heart, lung, or other serious health issues like untreated thyroid disease or hepatitis.
  • You have not had weight loss surgery or taken any weight loss supplements recently.
  • You are not currently in another exercise program.
