- Your child is between 2 and 7 years old
- Your child has elevated disruptive behavior (scores above 114 on the ECBI scale)
- You speak Swedish or English as a parent
- Your child or family does not need more urgent intervention right now
- No parent condition that prevents using VR (like epilepsy, severe migraine, or bad past VR experiences)
