If you are a parent with depression and have a child aged 6-11 who is struggling emotionally or behaviourally, this trial may be for you.

Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have a child between the ages of 6 and 11 who is experiencing significant emotional or behavioural difficulties.
- You have mild to moderate depression, as measured by a brief questionnaire.
- You can take part in a group therapy session conducted over video call and communicate in English.
- You do not have thoughts of harming yourself, a substance use problem, or psychosis, and your child has not been diagnosed with autism or an intellectual disability.
