Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You are scheduled to have a procedure called 'ablation' to treat extra heartbeats or a fast heart rhythm coming from the bottom chambers (ventricles).
  • Your heart rhythm problem is not likely coming from a specific spot called the right ventricular outflow tract (a common location).
  • The first plan is NOT to access your heart through the outer lining (epicardium).
  • You do NOT have a heart defect you were born with, and you do NOT have a mechanical heart valve on the right side of your heart (tricuspid valve).
