Who can take part
- You had a heart attack in the past
- You've had at least one sustained episode of ventricular tachycardia (a dangerous fast heartbeat) in the last 6 months, even with medication or your defibrillator
- You have an implanted cardiac defibrillator (ICD) or CRT-D device that's been in place for at least 2 months
- You're between 18 and 85 years old and willing to follow all study visits and tests
- Your heart's pumping ability (ejection fraction) is at least 15%, and you're not in severe heart failure
- You don't have conditions that would make the procedure unsafe, such as recent heart surgery, blood clots, severe valve disease, or active infections
