Who can take part

  • You are male and between 18 and 35 years old.
  • You play sports that involve quick stops, jumps, or turns (like basketball, soccer, or volleyball).
  • This is your first ACL surgery on the same knee, and it was done using a tendon graft from the outside of your lower leg.
  • Your surgery was 6 to 12 months ago, and you have completed at least 6 months of rehab.
  • Your knee feels stable, has no swelling, moves fully, and you can safely do all the tests.
