Who can take part

  • You and your partner are in a romantic relationship for at least one year.
  • You are both 19 years or older.
  • At least one of you feels upset or stressed about the difference in your sex drives.
  • You can both speak and read English well enough to do the program.
  • You can commit to 8 weekly online sessions and homework, and fill out questionnaires.
  • You will not start any other new treatment for this issue during the study.
