Who can take part
- Children aged 2 months, 3 months, 18-24 months, or 6 years old
- Must have legal guardian consent and follow the study plan
- For toddlers (18-24 months): must have already had 3 doses of a whooping cough vaccine and a meningitis vaccine series, but not yet received a booster of DTaP
- For 6-year-olds: must have had 4 doses of DTaP and only one meningitis booster dose, not the second one
- Not eligible if born prematurely (before 37 weeks) or with low birth weight (under 2500 grams) if in the 2- or 3-month age group
- Must not have serious medical conditions like severe allergies, seizures, immune problems, bleeding disorders, or recent use of certain medications
