Who can take part

  • You are 18 or older.
  • Your breast cancer is hormone receptor-positive and HER2 IHC 0 (no HER2 protein).
  • Your cancer has grown while on hormone therapy, and hormone therapy is no longer an option for you.
  • You have not had chemotherapy for metastatic breast cancer (cancer that has spread).
  • You have not had a treatment that targets TROP2 (like Dato-DXd).
