Who can take part
- You are 18 years old or older.
- You have advanced breast cancer that is hormone receptor-positive (HR+) and HER2-low (a specific test result).
- Your cancer has gotten worse after hormone therapy, and you are not a good candidate for more hormone therapy.
- You are able to do light activity (ECOG 0 or 1) and are expected to live at least 12 weeks.
- You have not had chemotherapy for metastatic breast cancer before.
- You have not had treatment with a drug that targets TROP2 or topoisomerase I.
