Who can take part
- You are age 18 or older and can sign a consent form before any study steps.
- Your cancer is a solid tumor with confirmed HER2 overexpression or an activating HER2 mutation, and it is advanced (unresectable or metastatic).
- You can provide a tumor tissue sample, or agree to provide it as required by the study.
- You have at least one measurable tumor spot seen on CT or MRI, and your doctor rates you as needing treatment but well enough to participate (ECOG 0–1).
- Your heart pumping function is preserved (left ventricular ejection fraction at least 50%) on a recent heart scan, and your heart rhythm tests are not excessively prolonged (QTcF not over the study limits).
- You do not have certain major health problems like recent heart attacks, significant ongoing lung inflammation, uncontrolled infections, or immune-suppressing steroid use.
