Real-world study of kidney denervation for hypertension

Hypertension (HTN)

Part of Heart & circulation clinical trials.

This study collects real-world data from French patients with high blood pressure who have been treated with a procedure called renal denervation (RDN). The goal is to understand how well this treatment works in everyday medical practice.

Testing a procedure for high diastolic blood pressure

This trial tests a procedure called renal denervation for people with untreated high diastolic blood pressure. The procedure uses a small catheter to interrupt nerve signals around the kidneys, which may help lower blood pressure.

NCT05030987Recruiting
Renal denervation for heart failure with preserved heart strength

This trial studies whether a procedure that calms overactive kidney nerves (renal denervation) can improve symptoms and heart function in people with heart failure with preserved ejection fraction. It also checks that the kidney arteries are suitable and that your blood pressure and heart pressure measurements meet the study targets.

Blood pressure control with the Netrod RDN system

This study is for people with high blood pressure who are already using or planning to use the Netrod RDN system, a device that uses radiofrequency energy to treat the nerves around the kidneys. The study aims to see how well this system controls blood pressure in real life.

NCT06907147Recruiting
Renal denervation for uncontrolled high blood pressure

This trial tests a procedure called renal denervation to lower blood pressure in people whose medication isn't enough. It uses a special catheter to calm nerves near the kidneys that may be overactive.

Registry study for kidney nerve treatment candidates

This is a study that collects information from people who may receive a kidney-nerve procedure to help treat high blood pressure. If you qualify as a candidate and consent, the study helps doctors understand how the treatment is used in real-world care.
