Who can take part

  • You are between 50 and 90 years old.
  • You have mild memory loss or early dementia due to Alzheimer's disease, confirmed by a doctor.
  • Your memory and thinking test scores fall within a specific range (MMSE 18-26 and CDR 0.5 or 1).
  • You can speak and understand Chinese fluently.
  • If you take Alzheimer's medication (like donepezil or rivastigmine), your dose has been stable for at least 6 weeks and will not change during the study.
  • You are willing to provide written consent to participate.
