Who can take part

  • You are between 50 and 90 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with mild memory problems or mild Alzheimer's dementia.
  • You have a score of 18–26 on a memory test (MMSE) and a score of 0.5 or 1 on a dementia rating scale (CDR).
  • You have evidence of Alzheimer's in the brain (amyloid PET scan, spinal fluid test, or a blood test for pTau217).
  • You can speak and understand Chinese well.
  • If you take Alzheimer's medications (donepezil or rivastigmine), you have been on the same dose for at least 6 weeks.
