Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have been diagnosed with advanced heart failure (NYHA Class III — symptoms with mild activity).
  • Your ejection fraction (pumping strength) is between 25% and 45%.
  • You are not currently using a special pacemaker called CRT (Cardiac Resynchronization Therapy).
  • You have been on the best possible heart failure medications for at least 3 months but still have symptoms.
