Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have heart failure with symptoms even after trying the best medicines.
- Your heart's pumping strength is below 50% (low ejection fraction).
- You have already been told you might get a CCM device based on current guidelines.
- In the last year, you have been hospitalized, gone to the ER, or had at least one day visit for heart failure treatment that lasted over 4 hours (including IV heart medication).
