Anterior Cruciate Ligament Tear

This trial tests whether practicing motor imagery (thinking through movements without actually moving) can help you recover better after anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction surgery. If you are between 18 and 45, had your first ACL reconstruction in the last 3 months, and can understand and read French, you may be able to join.

  • You are between 18 and 45 years old
  • Your anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction surgery was your first on that leg
  • Your surgery happened within the last 3 months
  • You can understand and read French
  • You have health insurance (social insurance plan)
  • You have no cognitive or balance disorders, and are not pregnant or breastfeeding
