Who can take part

  • You have had surgery to repair your ACL (a key ligament in the knee).
  • You are currently going to physical therapy for your ACL recovery.
  • It has been less than 9 months since your surgery.
  • You do not have hip or lower back pain that limits leg movement.
  • You do not have a neurological condition that weakens your muscles.
  • You have not had a problem with alcohol or drugs in the last 5 years.
