Gum cleft during canine tooth movement

Gingival CleftOrthodontic Space Closure

NCT07778095Not yet recruiting
Gap closure with aligners or braces plus laser gum surgery

This study compares two ways to close a gap between your front teeth: clear aligners or traditional braces, both combined with a quick laser procedure to loosen the gum tissue. It aims to see which method closes the gap better and keeps it closed.

Vitamin D3 or gum massage for faster canine movement with braces

This study tests whether applying vitamin D3 or a special gum massage (corticision) next to the teeth can help move your eye teeth (canines) faster after your upper first premolars are removed for braces. It is for teenagers or young adults who already need that extraction as part of their orthodontic plan.

Comparing gum and bone healing after implant placement

This study tests three different ways to rebuild gum and bone around a new dental implant placed right after a tooth is pulled. It may help if you need a front tooth, canine, or premolar removed and have enough bone for the implant.
