Who can take part

  • You are between 14 and 30 years old.
  • If you are 14-17, your BMI for your age, sex, and race is at or above the 85th percentile (overweight/obese).
  • If you are 18-30, your BMI is 25 or higher.
  • You do not have a chronic health condition like heart disease, diabetes, thyroid problems, or cancer.
  • You are not taking any prescription medications for heart, lung, thyroid, mental health, or other chronic conditions.
  • You do not have a pacemaker.
