Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 70 years old
  • You completed the NHS Path to Remission programme and achieved diabetes remission (blood sugar level below 48 mmol/mol and off all diabetes medications for at least 3 months)
  • Your BMI is 40 kg/m² or lower
  • You are not currently doing a formal, structured exercise program
  • You do not have serious heart, lung, or bone/nerve conditions that would make intense exercise unsafe
  • You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or being treated for cancer
