  • You are 18 years or older
  • You have advanced or metastatic gastrointestinal cancer that has gotten worse after standard treatments
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan
  • You can provide a tumor tissue sample (from a past biopsy or a new one)
  • Your liver, kidneys, and blood cells are working well enough
  • You have not had a treatment that targets Topo-I or CDH17 before
